I regularly post my thoughts, tips and advice from my experience working, speaking and training in the world of Social Media.
I am a social media specialist in online reputation and social customer service. I help brands tell their story online, manage their online reputation and connect with their customers via social media and digital marketing.
I have worked for lots of different businesses, start-ups, SME’s, charities, Legal 500 companies and global brands across both B2B and B2C. Some of these include Jaguar Land Rover, BBC Radio, Channel 4 TV, the Legal Ombudsman, Nemesis, Banbayu, Sant Elia Lifestyle and many more.
As a social media speaker and trainer, Sarah has developed and delivered workshops and talks to businesses on various topics including social media strategy, online reputation and customer-engagement topics such as M&M Global, Jaga and Mortgage Brain.
I like to think I am pretty dedicated and creative, with skills in digital content strategy development, social media analytics and data analysis, reputation management and account management. I am also an Accredited PR Practitioner & Communications Professional (MCIPR), through the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR).
I don’t promise x number of likes or followers. That’s not what it’s all about. It’s about quality engagement, from quality audiences who are interested in your brand.
How do I do this?
Through over six years social media experience managing hundreds of different brands, start-ups, SME’s, charities, and global companies across both B2B and B2C.
I have also delivered a nationally recognised communications and public engagement strategy which measurably increased public confidence in a service, and I was invited to share my work at Westminster.
I focus on sharing quality, engaging content that will drive traffic to your website, in trade brand awareness and engagement with your brand.
I boast extensive commercial acumen and a creative flair, possessing a proven track record in achieving targets and deadlines through Programme and Project Management (Advanced MSP & Prince 2 (based)).
I also write a twice-monthly Social Media Column for a local paper, the Worcester News providing social media tips and advice for businesses.
I am also a Volunteer Ambassador for Media Trust providing the third sector with advice, training and support with their social media marketing.
I am eager to continually develop and improve my knowledge in the world of social. Learning from some of the big well known campaigns, the wacky ones, the not so good ones and some of the industries experts. I aim to share some of what I learn along the way, sharing it here with you.
